DMCA Notice Requirements

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our site, you may notify our copyright agent. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

4. Counter-Notice Procedure
The process for contesting a copyright infringement claim.

If you believe that your content was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice.

A counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in India for any action brought against you by the copyright owner
5. Repeat Infringers
Our policy regarding repeat copyright infringers.

In appropriate circumstances, Kerdos Infrasoft will disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to decide, in our sole discretion, whether a user has violated our Copyright Policy.
