User Agreement

This User Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Kerdos Infrasoft Pvt Ltd.

By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. User Accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our services, for any reason at our sole discretion, including if you violate any provision of this Agreement.

You agree not to use our services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement. You may not:

  • Use our services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, accounts, or systems
  • Use our services to transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Use our services to send unsolicited communications or spam
  • Interfere with any other user's enjoyment of our services
4. Service Modifications
Our right to modify or discontinue services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our services.

5. Fees and Payments
Information about fees, billing, and refunds.

Service Fees

Some of our services may require payment of fees. All fees are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time.

Billing

By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to that payment method. If your payment cannot be completed, we may suspend or terminate your access to the paid services.

Refunds

All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise, or required by applicable law.

6. Disputes and Governing Law
Information about how disputes are resolved and which laws apply.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
